Darby Creek Trading is the only online florist that allows for the return of made-to-order floral products. 

Stock Wreaths.  If you are not completely satisfied with any stock wreath purchased from Darby Creek, you may return the wreath and recieve a 100% store credit against your account (less shipping costs).  Please note that most of our wreaths are made-to-order.

Made-to-Order Returns.   If for any reason you are unhappy with your made-to-order floral product you may return it for store credit.

Your credit can be applied  toward the purchase of 2,000 items in our store. Because each floral is made-to-order, we ask that return requests be made within 3 days of receipt of the wreath via email to returns@darbycreektrading.com.

Made-to-Order Restocking Fee.  A restocking fee of twenty five percent of the suggested retail price will be applied against the store credit for the return of a made-to-order floral product.

Size or damage to wreath.  On occasion we receive reports of damage to the wreath during shipment or that the wreath is too big or too small.  In the case of our silk wreaths, damaged boxes do not damage the wreath.  Please see the following instructions if you feel you wreath is damaged or the size does not appear as reflected on our site:   http://www.darbycreektrading.com/About-Our-Wreaths-W78.aspx.  We will repair or replace any wreath that is damaged or is not the correct size within 2 working days of receipt of the returned wreath.

Return Instruction. Please submit return request to; returns@darbycreektrading.com.   In order to expedite your request, please included the order number and item number of the item you would like to return.Upon receipt of request we will send you all shipping return information including the address and shipping instructions via email.  Do not return any wreaths to an address other than shown on the return instructions.  Please do not return any floral products without an RMA# as our warehouse we will be unable to accept any packages not approved for return.

 Outdoor Use of Floral. Our silk wreaths are designed to be used indoor or outdoors.  Our natural wreaths are designed for indoor use only.  

Shipping Costs.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  The cost of "free" shipping will be deducted from any return credit.

Shedding of floral. The shedding of floral on our natural wreaths is normal during shipping.  Our wreaths are overstuffed to allow for shedding during shipping and is considered during the assembly process of the wreath.  Shedding is not a defect, but simply the by-product of natural floral. 
 

Made-to-Order Wreaths.  Each of our wreaths are made-to-order and may vary from the picture.  The items pictured are representations of our average size and design.  Smaller wreaths may contain less materials than shown.  Larger wreaths may contain more materials than shown.  Due to limited availability of certain floral, we reserve the right to substitute materials as our designer deems appropriate.

Custom made floral.   Darby Creek makes many custom wreaths for weddings and special occasions.  Because each of these wreaths are custom made they are not returnable. 

Credit Card Refunds.  We cannot issue a credit card refund for any floral including stock and made-to-order products.

Stock Wreath vs Made-to-Order Wreaths.  The vast majority of our wreaths are made-to-order.  On occassion, we do offer stock wreaths.  Each product will indicate whether the wreath is stock or made-to-order.
