Wreaths & Floral - Shipping & Returns

Return Policy. Darby Creek is the only major internet retailer that allows for the return of floral products and wreaths. If for any reason you are unhappy with your floral product we will gladly accept the return and credit your account toward the exchange of any other wreath or floral.  Credit card refunds will not be issued. Return request must be made within 3 days of receipt of the wreath via email. All shipping, handling & repackaging costs is the responsibility of the customer (see below).*

Shipping, Handling & Repackaging. All shipping, handling, and repacking costs are deducted from the credit for returned wreaths.  Shipping & handling is $15 and repackaging is $10 (total $25).  These credits apply to each wreath and floral up to 26" including orders with free shipping.  Orders with expedited shipping and orders for floral exceeding 26" may incur additional charges. Example:  If you pay $125 for a wreath and return it, we will give you a credit of $100 ($125 less $25).  Wreaths over 26" may incur additional costs.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damage. In the rare event your wreath is received damaged we will file a damage claim with UPS on your behalf.  Upon approval from UPS, your wreath will be replaced.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for damage claim approval from UPS.  DO NOT return damaged wreaths without authorization as UPS must inspect the wreath.  All damage claims must be made within 24 hours or merchandise being delivered.

Outdoor Use of Floral. Our silk wreaths are designed to be used indoor or outdoors.  Our natural wreaths are designed for indoor use only.  Due to various climate conditions we can not guarantee our floral against damage or fading  when placed outdoors. Silk wreaths are best for outdoor use.

Cash Refunds. We are not able to issue cash refunds or credit card refunds on floral or wreaths products but will happily credit your account toward the exchange of another wreath. 

Return Instruction: Upon receipt of request to return we will send you all shipping return information within 1-2 business days.  DO NOT return without our instructions because our mailing address CAN NOT accept returns. Return freight and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.

Shedding of floral. The shedding of floral on our natural wreaths is normal during shipping.  Our wreaths are overstuffed to allow for shedding during shipping and is considered during the assembly process of the wreath.  Shedding is not a defect, but simply the by-product of natural floral.

Availability of floral.  On occasion, the florist may substitute a different floral from that shown if the shown floral is unavailable. We cannot guarantee an exact match of all colors within a floral.  

Out of season wreaths. Out of season wreaths can not be returned. 

Coupons.  Any coupons used only apply to the original purchase.  Discount coupons can not be applied to exchanges.

Wreath Sizes:  All advertised wreath sizes are measured from the outside diameter of the floral when facing the wreath.  If for any reason you receive a wreath that is more than 2" smaller different from advertised, we will happily exchange the wreath.
